Pathways International
Giulio Di Blasi currently serves as Vice President of Global Partnerships at Pathways International since April 2023 and holds a similar role at Mamazen Startup Studio beginning in April 2024. As a lecturer at the College of Europe and the European University Institute since January 2022 and January 2020, respectively, Giulio contributes to academic discourse. Previous experience includes a position in the private office of Commissioner Ylva Johannson at the European Commission from April 2022 to January 2024 and serving as Europe Director for the Global Refugee Sponsorship Initiative from March 2020 to April 2022. Giulio's career also features a substantial tenure at the European Commission from 2011 to 2020, with roles including Member of Cabinet HR/VP and Head of Sector for Migration. Early career experience includes policy expertise at the Italian Permanent Representation to the EU and involvement with AGIRE - Italian Agency For Emergency Response. Giulio completed a Master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development at King's College London in 2009.
