Shannon Mandich

Shannon Mandich is a Partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, specializing in representing residential and commercial developers and builders in various real estate transactions, including the development and sale of master-planned communities and commercial projects. With a history of roles in different legal capacities, Shannon served as Special Counsel at Pathways of Hope, guiding efforts to address hunger and homelessness, and as an Attorney at Jackson Tidus, where representation involved compliance with real property disclosure laws.
