Felicia P. Roche is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and training, currently serving as the Director of Training & Technical Assistance at Pathways to Housing PA. Felicia is the founder of Philadelphia United Leadership Service & Exchange (P.U.L.S.E.) LLC and has worked as a Mental Health Therapist at Black Men Heal. Previously, Felicia held the position of Team Manager at FAB YOUTH PHILLY and served as a Trauma Specialist at Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine.
