Brian Szczepanski

Brian Szczepanski is an experienced Family Specialist in Therapeutic Foster Care at Pathways, Inc. since July 2019, following a diverse career in youth and adult support services. Previous roles include Adult Day Care Manager at Villa of Hope, where Brian managed a caseload of over 30 adults in at-risk populations, and Youth Advocate at Hillside Family of Agencies, overseeing more than 35 at-risk youths in the Rochester City School District. Early career experiences include working as a Recreation Worker for youths with mental disabilities at YMCA Oswego, a Concession Stand Manager at Famous Dave's, and a Produce Assistant at Wegmans Food Markets. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Roberts Wesleyan University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
