Lavinia Aksünger

Lavinia Aksünger has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruiting. Lavinia started their career as a Fremdsprachensekretärin / Team Assistant at MPA Kalibrierdienst GmbH in February 2009 and worked there until July 2017. Lavinia then joined Creditsafe Deutschland GmbH as an HR Manager from July 2017 to August 2018. Lavinia continued their HR career at AUTO1 Group as an HR Generalist from September 2018 to March 2020. Lavinia then joined Sitel Group as an HR Generalist from April 2020 to January 2021 before being promoted to Recruiting Manager - Leitung Recruiting from February 2021 to January 2022. Lavinia's most recent position is at Patient21, where they started in August 2022 as a Team Lead Recruiting and then transitioned to the role of Team Lead Recruiting & HR Administration in March 2023.
