Kevin L. Hagan

Kevin L. Hagan has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Kevin L. currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the PAN Foundation since September 2021. Before joining PAN Foundation, they were the Executive Chairman and Founder of Thrive Impact, where they also served as the Chief Executive Officer from December 2017 to September 2021. Kevin L. Hagan has also held executive positions at organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, Feed The Children, Good360, US Foodservice, Inc., and the US Postal Service. Kevin L. has provided strategic leadership and contributed to organizational transformations in the non-profit sector.

Kevin L. Hagan has a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from American University. Kevin L. also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Political Science, and German from Mercer University. In addition, Kevin has completed executive education in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School.
