Charles has worked as a Data Integrity Manager at Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, where they provided technical advice on data organization, oversaw data validation, and identified solutions to ensure data availability. Additionally, they worked as a Data Management Analyst, where they designed and maintained procedures for data collection and addressed data quality concerns.
