Shreeya Khatiwada's work experience includes various roles in research and administration. Other experiences include roles at Sanofi Genzyme as a Researcher Associate, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Research Assistant, Clark University's Gibbons Lab as an independent researcher, and Clinical Science Laboratory as a Lab Technician. They also volunteered at UMass Memorial Medical Center.

Shreeya Khatiwada's education history began in 2008 when they attended Stoughton High School. After completing their high school education in 2012, they moved on to Clark University. At Clark University, they pursued a field of study in Molecular Biology from 2012 to 2016. In 2019, they enrolled in the University of Southampton to pursue a Master's degree in Public Health with a specialization in Global Health. Shreeya'sstudies at the University of Southampton lasted until 2020 when they completed their Master's degree.
