Wes Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wes worked at PatientEXP from 2016, where they held the position of SVP of Customer Success and Operations. In this role, they led the adoption of the PatientEXP solution by implementing a Customer Success practice. Prior to that, Wes worked at STANLEY Healthcare from 2012 to 2016 as a Senior Solution Architect, supporting pre-sales efforts for the North American RTLS Sales Team. Before STANLEY Healthcare, they worked at AeroScout from 2011 to 2012 as a Solution Architect, providing sales support and acting as a subject matter expert for the Healthcare vertical. Wes also has experience in product management at McKesson Provider Technologies from 2005 to 2011 and was the Director of Implementation at Awarix from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Emageon from 2001 to 2005 and as an Implementation Manager at Sungard Healthcare / MACESS from 1994 to 1999. Wes started their career at IBM in 1989 as a Marketing Rep, where they worked until 1994.
Wes Jones completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Samford University from 1986 to 1989.
