Troy Crosby is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Director of Engineering at PatientIQ since October 2022. Previously, Troy held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Compass from March 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included scaling the CRM team from 10 to 40 engineers, enhancing operational standards, and contributing to the company's growth from 150 to 500 engineers, culminating in an IPO. Prior experience includes managing teams at Contactually, where Troy led significant product development and played a key role in the company's acquisition by Compass, as well as previous positions at Trove News, The Washington Post Company, and an internship at Amazon. Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 2012.
