Brad F. has a strong background in technology operations and IT management. In these roles, Brad demonstrated expertise in managing global systems and infrastructure, implementing ITIL-based programs, and overseeing budget and resources. Brad began their career as a PC Technician and Computer Specialist, gaining experience in network administration and help desk support.
