Brit Doerflein has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2014, Brit worked at College Works Painting as a Branch Manager, where they excelled in sales and management, generating team sales exceeding $350,000. They also served as a District Manager, training and managing eight Branch Managers. From 2016 to 2017, Brit worked as a System Sales Trainee at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Following this, in 2017, they worked as an Orthopaedic Sales Associate at Music City Orthopaedics. In 2018, Brit joined American Marketing & Publishing, LLC as a Digital Field Sales Trainer and Digital Sales Representative, achieving high sales results and being promoted to the role after two months. They also worked at PatientPoint® from 2018 to the present, starting as a Healthcare Media Specialist and progressing to roles such as Healthcare Digital Account Manager and Sr. Account Manager. Their current position there is as a Sr. Digital Account Manager, specializing in patient acquisition.

Brit Doerflein attended Elder High School from 2008 to 2012. After graduating from high school, Brit enrolled at Wittenberg University in 2012 and pursued studies in Business Management and Political Science. This course was completed in 2013. Following this, Brit transferred to the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Professional Sales, which took place from 2013 to 2016. In January 2019, Brit earned the Google Ads Search Certification from Google.
