Essence Duckett's work experience includes the following roles:

- Regional Account Manager at PatientPoint® since March 2022. In this role, they are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top tier health system clients, providing exceptional account management support, and executing program deliverables.

- Field Account Manager at PatientPoint® from March 2021 to March 2022.

- Senior Client Support Representative at PF Concepts, Inc. from July 2019 to February 2021.

- Account Executive at Yelp WiFi in June 2019.

- Brand Ambassador at Glory Thread from January 2016 to July 2019. In this role, they managed and created content for marketing campaigns, website/social media, and branding initiatives. Essence also designed a 6-piece company clothing line to enhance brand recognition.

- Social Media Intern at Penn State Undergraduate Admissions Office from September 2018 to January 2019. Essence managed the student blog section of the Admissions website, conducted interviews, and produced content for social media platforms.

- Team Leader at Kiwi Yogurt from September 2017 to January 2018.

- Teaching Assistant Intern at Buzz Aldrin Middle School in May 2015. In this role, they reinforced lessons presented by teachers and helped prepare for their lessons.

Essence Duckett completed their education from 2015 to 2019 at Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies. In addition, they obtained a certification in Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn in July 2023.
