Joanne Hodge has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1987 at Procter & Gamble as a Global IT Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager. Joanne managed a team of 22 IT professionals and a call center, overseeing daily IT operations and providing end-to-end support for Windows and Netware computing environments. Joanne also handled change management, program and project management, and conflict resolution.

In 2003, Joanne joined Hewlett-Packard as a Global IT Service Manager/Project Manager/Seams Manager/Systems Analyst.
