Juliana Grimm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Juliana is currently working at PatientPoint® as a Senior Manager in Client Success, where they are responsible for project management of Point of Care media campaigns and building client relationships. Prior to this, Juliana worked at Quotient Technology Inc. as a Senior Digital Campaign Manager and Team Lead, where they managed end-to-end execution of digital promotion and media campaigns for the Adult Beverage team. Juliana also created new processes and documentation for the adult bev vertical and trained new team members. Before that, they worked at BioPharm Insight as an Account Manager and Client Relationship Manager, overseeing strategic partnerships and maintaining brand loyalty among clients in the Pharmaceutical, Clinical Research, and Financial Services industries. Juliana also briefly worked as an Entrepreneurial Sales/Account Manager at Mann Chemical LLC and as a VOA GC/MS Waters/Soils Analyst at TestAmerica. Juliana started their career as an Office Assistant at Montgomery Family Medicine, where they assisted in company-wide computerization, maintained daily office operations, and handled mail and document management.

Juliana Grimm completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Integrated Science Education at Ohio University from 2008 to 2012. Juliana also obtained a certification in Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn in January 2022.
