Leslie Cowan has extensive work experience in client success and client services. They started as a Conversion Leader at Procter & Gamble in 2011, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined PatientPoint® as the Director of Provider Solutions until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Leslie worked as a Senior Manager in Client Services and Program Planning at PatientPoint®, and as of 2022, they are currently serving as the Director of Client Success at the same company.
Leslie Cowan attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2001 to 2005. During this time, Leslie focused on studying Marketing/Marketing Management, General, but did not complete a specific degree program.
