Lucy Johnston

Client Services & Program Planning; Senior Manager at PatientPoint

Lucy Johnston's work experience begins with their role as a School Age Teacher and Day Camp Organizer at YMCA from June 2010 to June 2012. Following this, they worked as a Study Coordinator at Various Views Research from June 2012 to January 2013, where they successfully recruited individuals for market research studies and conducted product research.

In 2012, Lucy joined PatientPoint® as a Relationship Manager, where they managed an extensive account portfolio and cultivated strong relationships with customers. Lucy played a vital role in rebuilding relationships on the hospital side of the business and streamlined processes. Later, they transitioned to the position of Client Services and Program Planning Manager, working closely with sales teams and clients to ensure their objectives were met. Lucy also drove strategic initiatives in various healthcare areas.

Currently, Lucy is serving as a Senior Manager in Client Services and Program Planning at PatientPoint®, a position they began in February 2022.
