Melissa Miller AAS, BS has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Melissa began their career in 2006 as a Mental Health Education Intervention Specialist at St. Joseph Orphanage. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Care Manager at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services. In 2014, they joined Humana as a Community Health Educator, where they created and implemented new processes and provided guidance and support to connect individuals with social and community services. Melissa then moved on to Humana Specialty Pharmacy in 2018, working as a Patient Care Coordinator, where they focused on assisting members with specialty mail-order medications. In the same year, they also took on the role of Relationship Manager at PatientPoint, where they built relationships with medical practice customers and ensured a positive service experience. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Field Support Coordinator at PatientPoint, where they provided assistance to Field Ambassadors and resolved issues related to PatientPoint products and services. Currently, Melissa holds the position of Project Coordinator at PatientPoint, where they assist the product team by coordinating resources, documentation, and meetings for ongoing initiatives and projects.
Melissa Miller obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from Northern Kentucky University. This education was completed from 2000 to 2005. Melissa also holds multiple certifications obtained from LinkedIn in various project management and professional development areas.
