Michelle Truong, CTS has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In their current position at PatientPoint, they serve as the Director of Field Quality, responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of field operations. Prior to this role, they were the Manager of Training and Quality, where they developed and managed training programs to enhance staff performance.

Before joining PatientPoint, Michelle worked at AVIXA for several years. Michelle also conducted research and maintained resources for the standards' development. Previously, they held the role of Training Developer, where they collaborated with subject matter experts to create new course materials and updated existing training classes. Additionally, they interned as a Learning Content Management System Intern, where they verified and organized content in the database.

Michelle began their career as the Music Department Librarian at Hillsdale College. Michelle'sresponsibilities included implementing a catalog system for sheet music materials and communicating the needs of the Jazz Department to the rest of the college's music program.
