Jeff Birkhead

Jeff Birkhead has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Jeff started their career at Luminant Mining Company LLC in 2006 and held various roles such as Environmental Specialist, Operations Supervisor, Coal Laboratory Supervisor, and Reclamation Planner. In these positions, they supervised employees, managed budgets, ensured compliance with regulations, and implemented safety policies. In 2018, Jeff joined Patin Construction LLC as Chief Estimator and Project Manager. In this role, they oversee the Estimating department, manages project selection and management, and interacts with various stakeholders. Jeff is experienced in performing detailed take-off of civil construction plans and estimating a wide range of construction trades.

From 2000 to 2006, Jeff Birkhead attended Texas A&M University, acquiring a degree in Agricultural Development with a focus on Environmental Science.
