John Kolaski is a seasoned hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as President of Patina Restaurant Group, John leverages extensive experience garnered from founding K2 Restaurants, where visionary concepts were brought to life. Previous roles include President at Disruptive Restaurant Group and various leadership positions at sbe Group, as well as management roles at Montage Hotels & Resorts, JC Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, The Olympus Group, and Jus Fun Amusements. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
