Richard Ledu is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the pastry and restaurant sectors. Since June 1995, Richard has served as CEO of PH Paris Japon K.K and Managing Director of PH Limited HKG, where responsibilities included establishing the subsidiary in Japan and launching the first stores at Hotel New Otani and Tokyo Disneyland. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Executive Sous Chef at the Michelin 3-star restaurant Pierre Gagnaire from June 1992 to June 1995 and gained foundational experience as a Pastry Chef assisting Pierre Hermé at Fauchon and Ladurée. Earlier career roles included positions as a Pastry Cook and Cook in various establishments, beginning in December 1987. Richard holds culinary certificates from the Culinary Institute in Clermont-Ferrand, completed between 1988 and 1990.
