Tom Feddo

Tom Feddo is a seasoned expert in strategic, geopolitical, and national security regulatory advisory services, with extensive experience in guiding multinational corporations, investment firms, and government agencies. As the Founder and Principal of The Rubicon Advisors since 2021, Tom provides critical insights on foreign investment risk and economic sanctions. Tom also serves as a Senior Advisor at Patomak Global Partners and Capstone LLC, and contributes as an Advisor to the ForgePoint Capital Cybersecurity Advisory Council and Clearview AI. Previously, Tom held key roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, including Assistant Secretary for Investment Security and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Investment Security. Tom's legal expertise was further honed at Alston & Bird LLP and various positions within the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School.
