Susie Bashaw, CIC, CISR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Patra Corporation since November 2014. In this role, Susie has provided consulting and process management services to various insurance organizations, effectively handling multiple projects with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional communication skills. Prior to Patra, Susie held senior positions at Optima Healthcare Insurance Services and Newsura Insurance Services, focusing on professional liability insurance for healthcare providers. Susie holds licenses and designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative, and has a foundational education in insurance from Napa Valley College.
