Juhani Hanka

Juhani Hanka has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving in the HX Sustainment role at Patria since September 2016, focusing on transitioning from business development to execution. As HX Program Director, Juhani leads business development efforts for Finland's HX fighter program, collaborating with the Finnish Defence Forces to establish critical industrial participation projects. Previously, Juhani held various leadership positions at Patria Aerostructures, including Head of Programs and Head of Operations, driving excellence in program management and operational efficiency. Juhani's career began at Neste Composite Technology as an R&D Project Manager, with educational credentials from Helsinki University of Technology and several executive training programs.
