Krista Puustelli

Krista Puustelli is an experienced professional with a diverse background in capability development, portfolio management, and human resources. Krista serves as Vice President of Capability Development at Patria, focusing on data-driven portfolio management and the development of product management practices. Previous roles at Patria include Vice President of Portfolio Management Development and Vice President of Human Resources for the Systems Business Unit, where Krista was responsible for strategic people management and employee branding. Krista has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for EEX Oy and held various HR and project management positions at Outokumpu Oyj, where responsibilities ranged from global HR system development to implementing SAP Human Capital Management. Krista holds a Master of Administrative Sciences from the University of Tampere.
