William Destro

William Destro is the Owner of Patrice and Associates of Fort Worth, a position held since 2016, focusing on the procurement of top management candidates for the Hospitality Industry and fostering long-term relationships. Previously, William served as the General Manager for The Richeson Group from December 2011 to December 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing operations of a Quick Service Restaurant, training staff, and managing food and labor costs while ensuring high customer satisfaction. William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University, earned between 2009 and 2016, and a college preparatory diploma from Sunny Hills High School in Fullerton, CA.
