Shala Climie

Shala Climie has extensive experience in human resources, primarily as a business partner. Shala started their career in 2010 as a Financial Aid Call Center Lead at Purdue University Fort Wayne. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Dometic. In 2016, they joined Meijer as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they supported multiple facilities and provided consultation on various employee relations matters. Shala then moved to Patrick Industries, Inc. in 2018, initially as a Human Resources Business Partner and later as a Human Resources Business Partner II at McCormick & Company in 2020. Currently, since 2021, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Patrick Industries, Inc.

Shala Climie attended Purdue University Fort Wayne from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Public Policy and Legal Studies.
