His background includes managerial positions at Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Rackspace. Nic attended the University of Texas Austin and the University of Texas San Antonio with a bachelor's degree focus in Information Systems. Nic holds numerous industry certifications and has co-authored an array of industry standards. He joined the company in 2021.
