Patrick Higgins

Patrick Higgins, based in the New York office, is responsible for new deal origination and execution for all investment platforms at Patrinely Group, including its latest fund, Patrinely Real Estate Fund II. He has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including financings, acquisitions, structured finance, and ground-up development across property types. He received a graduate certificate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University. Patrick joined the company in 2014.
