Bill O’Connor

Bill Oehlrich serves as the Senior Director for Global MSSP GTM & Strategy at Zscaler, having significantly contributed to the managed services launch and achieved over 200% growth. Previous roles at Zscaler included Director of Partner Engineering and Partner Solutions Architect, where Oehlrich excelled in technical support for major partners and oversaw hiring senior engineers. Prior experience at Cisco spanned over 15 years, encompassing Director of Technical Marketing Engineering, Cybersecurity Architect, and Security Consulting Systems Engineer, where Oehlrich led technical teams, managed multi-million dollar initiatives, and created a renowned enablement program. Oehlrich also served as a Network Architect and Signal Officer in the US Army, coordinating technical training and operational readiness. Oehlrich earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
