Tom Rataj

Tom Rataj has extensive experience in the financial technology and payments industry. Their most recent role was as the VP, Payments Operations Officer at Patriot Bank, N.A. starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Cascade Financial Technology Corp, including Chief Product Officer and Vice President of Product, where they were responsible for product development and program implementation. Tom also worked at Catalina Mobile Payments as the Director of Program Development, focusing on prepaid financial services programs. Tom served as the Director of Marketing and Operations at Promutus LLC, overseeing marketing strategies and vendor relationships. Earlier in their career, Tom held positions at NetSpend Corporation, where they managed acquisition marketing and partner services accounts, and at Innovative Communication Systems as a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist. Tom started their career as a Research Department Intern at Fleishman-Hillard, conducting media analysis and reports for various clients.

Tom Rataj pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Truman State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
