Natacha Garoute, LLB, CPA

Natacha Garoute, LLB, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Starting as an Avocat-stagiaire at I.V.A.C, they eventually transitioned into the finance field. Natacha worked as a Senior Analyst at PwC before joining MDD as a Manager. At CN Inc., Natacha served as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in financial reporting and forensic accounting. Natacha then moved on to SEMAFO Inc. where they held the position of Corporate Controller/Contrôleur Corporatif, responsible for establishing a high-caliber finance function for the international mining operation. Natacha continued to advance their career at Roxgold Inc., where they served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in strategic and financial analysis for executive and board decision-making, and oversaw various corporate functions. Following their role at Roxgold Inc., Natacha joined Champion Iron as the Chief Financial Officer. There, they contributed to the company's growth from an exploration stage to a producer. Most recently, Natacha has joined Aya Gold & Silver as an Independent Board Member. And starting in 2023, they will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Patriot Battery Metals. Natacha Garoute has a diverse education history. Natacha started their education by completing their primary and secondary schooling, although the duration of this period is not specified.
