Caroline Schachter

Caroline Schachter is a dedicated HR professional currently serving as a Recruiter at Patriot Enterprises LLC since August 2023, following a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Extended Family Home Care. In that capacity, Caroline managed all HR functions, including recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding. Prior experience includes working as a Coordinator in Human Resources at Lionsgate, where responsibilities encompassed Colorado onsite learning support, orientation, and executive coaching. Caroline also completed a Content Operations Internship at Wurl and held various positions, including Keyholder and Sales Associate at Brandy Melville. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Caroline's educational journey began at Los Altos High School.
