Kate Harthan

Kate Harthan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kate worked at Patriot Family Homes as an Account Manager, Special Projects since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Onboarding at Rabbu, Inc. from 2022 to 2023. Kate also served as a Customer Success Manager at Skyline Exhibits from 2021 to 2022.

Kate's earlier work experience includes working as a Brand Strategist at Corporate Recognition from 2012 to 2020, where they managed goal creation, customer research, artwork design, event planning, and employee hiring and training. Kate also worked as a private piano and violin instructor, owning their own business from 2011 to 2020.

In terms of community involvement, Kate served as a member of the Owatonna Economic Development Authority in the City of Owatonna from 2017 to 2019. Kate also acted as the Board Secretary for the Owatonna Business Partnership from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they served as a Board Member for South Central Minnesota SHRM from 2014 to 2017.

Kate's educational background includes being a Business Student at Minnesota School of Business from 2008 to 2013.

Lastly, they worked as an Innkeeper/Manager at Coffee Street Inn, where they led operations, managed taxes, payroll, and bookkeeping, and handled daily cleaning and gardening from 2010 to 2011.

Kate Harthan completed their high school education at Owatonna High School from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued general studies and did not earn a degree. Later, from 2010 to 2013, they attended the Minnesota School of Business, where they received a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources.
