Patriot Forge is an ISO 9002 registered manufacturer of open- die and seemless rolled ring forgings specializing in critical components for the power generation, military, nuclear, valve and speciality industrial machinery. We have 2 locations in Canada and 2 in the U.S.A. We work with carbon, stainless steel, steel alloys, tool steels, super alloys, customer proprietary grades, ASME grades and aluminum. Our effective size range is from 50 lbs to 30,000 lbs. We perform our own in-house heat-treat and non-destructive testing and we offer extensive machining capabilities from traditional to CNC.

This includes conducting metallurgical analyses, overseeing non-destructive testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The team collaborates closely with production to enhance efficiency, maintain product integrity, and support the fabrication of high-quality forgings for critical sectors such as power generation and defense.
