Chiara Kelm

Chiara Kelm currently serves as the Head of CRM Development & KPI Management at PINKTUM since January 2023 and leads Salesforce project and team management. Prior experience includes a comprehensive role at Pawlik Consultants GmbH from October 2018 to June 2024, where Chiara held multiple positions, including Head of Digital Transformation, Senior Manager Operations, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and worked as a student assistant in project management. Earlier experience includes a student position at Lidl in Deutschland from January 2016 to August 2018. Chiara Kelm earned a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Fresenius, completing the degree in February 2019.
