Brent Lauber,

Brent Lauber has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brent began their career as a Class A PGA Golf Professional at the PGA of America from 1992 to 2009. Following this, they worked as an Agent at Insphere Insurance Solutions from 2009 to 2011, specializing in life, health, retirement, and long-term care insurance for small businesses and individuals. From 2011 to 2014, Brent worked as a Sales Executive at Outbound Technologies, LLC, focusing on creating and enhancing relationships with insurance agents through the use of automated and on-demand messaging. Brent then transitioned to the transportation and logistics industry, working as a Senior Freight Agent at Landstar JRG Agency from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Brent served as an Account Manager at TMC Transportation Inc, specializing in logistics sales for various transportation services. Brent then joined Impact Solutions, Inc. in 2017, where they held multiple roles including Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, and Client Solutions Manager. In these positions, Brent focused on driver safety training, recruiting, retention, management, and development in the transportation industry. In 2020, they joined Kelly Anderson Group as a Client Solutions Manager, and later in 2022, they became an Account Executive at DriverReach, where they helped address driver shortage challenges and improve driver recruitment and retention through innovative technologies and strategies.

Brent Lauber completed their education at Missouri Southern State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Neosho High School between 1984 and 1988, earning a general degree. In addition to their formal education, Brent holds several certifications including Licensed Health & Life Agent, PGA Business School I and II from the PGA of America, and PGA Players Ability Test.
