Flavio Casero

Flavio Casero has a strong background in real estate and finance, with over 20 years of experience. Flavio is currently the Managing Director at PATRIZIA SE, where they serve as the Fund Director for their flagship core, open-ended balanced fund. Under their leadership, the fund has delivered exceptional performance, consistently outperforming the MSCI PEPFI index and achieving the GRESB 5-star rating in 2022. Flavio also oversees a separate account with diversified exposure to continental Europe.

Prior to joining PATRIZIA SE, Flavio spent a significant portion of their career at Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP. Flavio joined the company in 2004 as a Partner and assumed the role of Fund Director for both the PanEuropean fund and a separate account. During their tenure, they were a member of various committees, including the Investment Committee, Operations Committee (Chairman), Strategy Committee, and Rockspring Management Board.

Before Rockspring, Flavio worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Doughty Hanson from 2002 to 2004 and as an Asset Manager at Archon Group from 2001 to 2002. Flavio began their career at KPMG Italy in 1999, where they gained experience as an Auditor.

Flavio Casero pursued their education at Università Bocconi from 1992 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Following this, they attended SDA Bocconi from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Corporate Finance.
