Saskia Roosen

Saskia Roosen has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Saskia is currently serving as the Head of Asset Management BeLux at PATRIZIA AG, where they manage a diverse portfolio of assets valued at approximately €1 billion. Saskia'sresponsibilities include overseeing a team of three asset managers and implementing active management strategies to enhance the value and sustainability of the assets. Prior to joining PATRIZIA AG, Saskia worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Aster Consulting and served as a Process Manager at Home Invest Belgium. Saskia also held the position of Head of Lettings & Property Management at NOA Real Estate, where they managed a diverse client base, including a significant portion of expatriates. Saskia's previous experience includes roles at Redevco B.V. as Director Operations and Head of Real Estate Administration, at Accenture as a Manager and Consultant, at Bank of America in Cash Management, and at BRECON Vibrationstechnik GmbH as an Export Manager.

Saskia Roosen's education history includes several academic achievements. In 1983, they completed their Middelbaar Onderwijs at Heilig-Hartcollege Tervuren, where they studied Grieks - Wiskunde. Saskia continued their education at KU Leuven and obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics between 1989 and 1994. Saskia pursued further studies at Université de Poitiers, where they earned a Postgraduate Degree in International Business in 1994-1995. In 2003, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Real Estate at KU Leuven. Saskia also attended IMD in 2011 for a Leadership Programme. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Real Estate Agent from BIV - IPI in October 2018.
