Mal Hunt

Mal Hunt serves as the Head of Investor Relations & Strategic Partnerships at Patron Capital since May 2024, focusing on value-add and opportunistic real estate management. Previously, Mal held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Client Consulting at bfinance from November 2017 to May 2024, overseeing a 20-member team and supporting over 200 institutional investors globally. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at MSCI, where Mal led client coverage for private markets, and Director at IPD, contributing to the design of key real estate analytics reports. Earlier positions include Real Estate Investment Researcher at M&G Investments and Specialised Lending Risk Analyst at Bristol & West. Mal holds a degree from the University of York, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
