Teresa Storch has a diverse work background. Teresa currently works as a Team Lead in People Operations & Experience at Patronus Group, a company focused on improving healthcare experiences for older adults through the integration of modern technology. Prior to this, they were a People Generalist at the same company, where they helped develop and launch a wearable software product aimed at enhancing the safety and independence of the elderly.

Before their time at Patronus Group, Teresa worked as a Talent Management Associate at Wayfair, where they gained experience in talent management. Teresa also had a long tenure at Lufthansa as a Flight Attendant, showcasing their customer service and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, Teresa worked as an HR-Generalist Freelancer at Evy Solutions GmbH and as a Working Student at Talent Garden GmbH. Teresa also interned as a Management Intern at Venture Plus Beratungs GmbH and as a Hotel Business Intern at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin.
