Barry Amner

Barry Amner is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as the IT Analyst Lead at PatSnap since April 2017, Barry oversees IT operations for the UK, US, and Canada, addressing a wide range of desk-side issues and enhancing onboarding/offboarding processes in collaboration with various departments. Previously, from June 2011 to April 2017, Barry held the position of Head Technician at Dixons Carphone, where responsibilities included diagnosing and repairing over 50 computers weekly, providing both hardware and software solutions to customers.
