Xinbo Wang

XINBO WANG has extensive experience in technology management and engineering, currently serving as Tech Manager for partnership projects with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and overseeing both Bio and Chemical Product divisions at PatSnap since January 2016. Prior to this, XINBO held roles at Oracle from June 2013 to December 2015 as a Senior Application Engineer, focusing on Fusion HCM Core Payroll Development, and previously as an Application Engineer in the same department. XINBO gained foundational experience as a Cloud NoSQL development intern at FastConnect in 2012 and as a UMTS UTRAN stability monitoring and troubleshooting intern at Alcatel-Lucent from 2010 to 2011. XINBO holds an Ingénieur degree in Telecommunication and Computer Science from Telecom Bretagne and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC).
