Heidi Minyen

Heidi Minyen currently serves as Regional VP Escrow for Central Texas at Patten Title Company, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Heidi was Vice President of Closing at Advocus Title Agency, LLC, managing closing operations across five regions from July 2020 to July 2024. With extensive experience, Heidi also operated as E-Closing Coordination Manager and Owner of Mobile Ink from March 2010 to May 2022, and co-founded the mobile application Better Life Rewards while at Cirayusa Plan from November 2016 to May 2020. Previous roles include Escrow Officer/Signing Agent at Gracy Title and positions at IBM and UNISON that involved significant contributions to sales support and professional services integration. Heidi began their career as an Escrow Assistant at Capital of Texas Title and has also worked in local television as a writer, producer, and co-host. Educational credentials include a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained from 1988 to 1992.
