Sierra Hagedon

Sierra Hagedon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sierra is currently working as a Customer Success Lead at Pattern Ag since May 2022. Prior to this, Sierra worked at Iowa State University from 2016 to 2022, holding the positions of Engineer Designer and Graduate Research Assistant. Sierra also gained valuable experience as a Crop Protection Marketing and Sales Intern at DuPont Crop Protection in 2016.

Additionally, Sierra has held positions at Youngblut Ag, Helena Chemical Company, and The Mitchell Farm. As a Precision Agricultural Specialist Intern at Youngblut Ag in 2015, they contributed to the installation and troubleshooting of various agricultural products and provided information to local farmers and customers. At Helena Chemical Company in 2014, Sierra worked as a Marketing, Sales, and Agronomist Intern, where they collaborated with growers and facilitated hands-on education through local plots. Finally, as an Engineering Intern at The Mitchell Farm from 2011 to 2013, Sierra implemented innovative farming techniques, managed farm records, and optimized farm operations.

Sierra Hagedon attended Iowa State University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Agricultural Systems Technology with a specialization in Agricultural and Biosystems Management.
