Ena Bayarsaikhan

Ena Bayarsaikhan is a finance professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Manager of Finance at Pattern Energy Group since December 2014, Ena has held multiple roles within the company, including Structured Finance Associate and Manager of M&A, Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting. In addition to responsibilities at Pattern Energy Group, Ena is the President of Women in Renewable Energy - Pattern and was a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute from February 2022 to October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at Metabiota and an internship at the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia. Ena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a Diploma in Economics from the University of London.
