Francisco Javier Luna

Francisco Javier Luna currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Pattern Energy Group, providing legal advice to the President, CEO, and management of a solar C&I developer in the Northeastern U.S. Previously, Luna held positions including Senior Director and Senior Counsel for Transactions, where responsibilities included acting as legal lead for renewable energy project financings and M&A transactions across multiple countries.
