Ray Mercedes has extensive experience in managing and driving business development across various sectors, including private equity and technology. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Pattern Group since November 2013, Ray has also co-founded CarbonSpaceTech, leading operations and market expansion efforts in the Americas. Previous roles include VP of the Tech Sector at Hinduja Global Solutions and multiple leadership positions at Panasonic focusing on innovation and new business growth. Ray's career includes strategic business development at XO Communications and AT&T, where substantial account management success was achieved, as well as experience as an Emerging Markets Trader at Lehman Brothers. An academic background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a double major bachelor's degree in Psychology and International Business from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
