Nancy Spizzo, CISSP, CISA, HCISPP, CCSFP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nancy currently serves as the Manager of Security and Compliance at Pattern Health, where they support digital health programs and bridges the gap between research and real-world application. Before this, Nancy was a Senior Manager at LBMC Information Security, specializing in IT and Security Risk Management Consulting, HITRUST implementation, and HIPAA Risk Assessments. Nancy also held leadership positions at Fortrex, LLC, Delaware Aviation Support, Net2S, and JPMorganChase & Co., where they developed and managed third-party risk management programs and implemented quality processes. Nancy has extensive experience in project management and process improvement, gained during their time at Lithonia Lighting, Acuity Brands Lighting, and Ernst & Young, where they focused on Oracle implementations and business re-engineering. As a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, they also played a key role in methodology development and sales.

Nancy Spizzo, CISSP, CISA, HCISPP, CCSFP, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Systems at The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they studied Computer Engineering at Sam Houston State University from 1986 to 1987.

Recently, Nancy has focused on expanding their knowledge beyond technical expertise. In January 2021, they obtained a Group Exercise Leadership Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership. Additionally, in October 2020, they completed a course titled "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit" offered by LinkedIn. Prior to these, they obtained the Certified HITRUST Quality Professional certification from HITRUST in December 2019.
